PHOTO SHOOT POLICY:
You are welcome to schedule and conduct photo shoots at our family's orchard with your clients during normal business hours. In exchange for you allowing you this opportunity, we do ask to abide by the following: -Do not disrupt or take over any area being used by customers (i.e. blueberry site or wedding area) -Bring your own props or purchase them from us (i.e. pumpkins or baskets). Purchase an apple picking bag if you plan on picking & eating apples. We do not loan out props free of charge. -While you as a photographer retain the copyright for the photographs, you also grant non-exclusive use of a minimum of three photographs to our farm’s Facebook page. You will post them directly to our Facebook page identifying yourself as the photographer and that the photos were taken at our farm. They do not necessarily have to have the faces of your clients in the photographs, but they do need to be at our farm. -In consideration of our family and staff we ask all Photo shoots must begin at least by 5 PM and be completed by 6 PM. -You will be asked to identify yourself when conducting a photo shoot by checking in with the most senior cashier at the farm entrance. The head cashier will sign you in and give you a guest photographer lanyard to wear while taking photos on the farm. Please return the lanyard and sign out when you leave. We will follow up with the posting of the photographs to Facebook. Please inform your clients of this policy. You may pay a $50 sitting fee to forgo the posting of three photos to our Facebook page. This fee will be paid when you get your lanyard. Failure to do so will jeopardize future photo shoots. While in the orchard you may be asked to present your lanyard if it is not visible to the passing employee. -Take all your trash with you please. -Have fun! Thank you for using our farm for your photo shoots. Please email us to schedule and conduct your future photo shoot. Please let me know if you have further questions. Thank You, Steve & Bridget Tennes |
