PICK YOUR OWN IS FINISHED for the 2020 harvest.
Apple Picking is $14 per 1/2 bushel is available August 21st through early November. We will provide you a tote bag to pick into. If you want to divide up the apples among friends, then you may do so with plastic bags after passing through the check out area. We have pre-picked apples as well. Click on the above link to see what apples are available this week. This is the final week for pick your own apples. Pumpkin Picking is $0.35 per pound for Jack-o-Lantern pumpkins, $0.75 for gourds & mini pumpkins, $2.50 each for small pie pumpkins, and $4 each per white, warty, or multicolored pumpkin (not orange). You may pick pumpkins in September and October. The farther you walk into the patch the more selection that you will find. We have pre-picked pumpkins as well all for the same price. TIP: You may bring your own little wagon to pull around the farm. We do provide some, but they may all be in use on a sunny Saturday or Sunday afternoon. Sunflower Cutting Sunflower harvest is late July until early September. Take your photo with blooming sunflowers and for only $10 you can borrow pruners and a plastic half gallon jug to cut and take home six sunflowers. You can bring your own pruners and bucket to cut flowers into. Available Hours: Tuesday-Saturday 9-6pm, Sunday 11-6pm while flowers remain. Peach Picking Peach harvest is complete for 2020. Frozen peaches are available in the farm market August through November. We have two different peach orchards. We have planted a new organic peach orchard that will allow us to offer more pick your own peaches in a few years, but the organic peaches are currently sold out. Peach season is normally August through early September. Blueberry Picking We have frozen berries available until November. Our harvest is now complete for 2020. Next year's harvest begins in late July. The price is $2.29 per pound which includes the use of our bucket and a bag to take them home. Frozen blueberries are available in the farm market August through November. |
COVID Plan: We are following CDC guidelines. Masks are not required while you are socially distanced outside in the orchard or patch. Masks are worn indoors by everyone who can medically tolerate it. Also, on Saturdays & Sundays from noon 5pm, shop in our SECOND farm market inside the spacious, Orchard Barn out back offering many of the same items as the cider mill. Plenty of room for social distancing there and at one of our many outdoor picnic tables. Our preorder/drive thru service is offered Tuesday-Friday 9am-6pm. Click on the link above.
