Tours & Fieldtrips
During weekdays from August through October, come enjoy a memorable tour of our peach & apple orchard, cider mill, bakery, blueberry patch and pumpkin patch. From toddlers to senior citizens, we will customize your tour to peak the interest of our group. Groups enjoy coming for both of the two different tours within the same year. New content will be added in addition to the regular "school house" content.

Individual families or groups can enter the market on their own before or after their tour. Good Information to Know:
-The cost is $6 per person. (1 teacher/coordinator is free for every 20 paying participants). We can accept CASH or CARDS only, no personal checks. -Tours take 1.5-2 hours depending on the ages and number of people. -Normally, a $20 deposit will be paid in advance per classroom or for every 20 people in order to reserve your date and time. ***We are waving deposits in 2020 due to COVID-19*** -Always dress for the weather. Our wagons have a roof and we can still conduct the tour on a rainy day. -Boots are a good idea for the pumpkin patch, but you can choose to get a pre-picked pumpkin or apple if needed. -Also, we visit the cold storage on our field trip, so even on hot days, it is a good idea to bring a sweatshirt with a hood for the kids that they can tie around their waist and put on when we go in our giant refrigerator! *TEACHER TIP: Bring Preprinted Labels with the children's names on them. This is an easy way to apply names to children's bags (you will receive bags at the orchard for picking) and help the children keep track of them. |
